Ingredients:
Sugar, Dextrose, chocolate chips, gelatin, starch, flavouring, E330 (citric acid), E412 (guar gum), E410
(locust bean gum),
Preparation method:
- 50 grams Bake Delicious Bavaroise powder
- 62 grams of water
- 250 grams of unsweetened whipped cream
Mix the powder and the water (20 gr. C) and let it stand for 10 minutes. Half whip the cream and fold in the powder/water mixture. The Bavaroise is ready for use.
