Bake Delicious mix for raspberry bavaroise, delicious as a pie filling or dessert.
Preparation method:
- 50 grams Bake Delicious Bavaroise powder
- 62 grams of water
- 250 grams of unsweetened whipped cream
Mix the powder and the water (20 gr. C) and let it stand for 10 minutes. Whip the whipping cream halfway and fold in the powder/water mixture. The Bavarian cream is ready for use.
