Bake Delicious Carrot Cake 500g

Make delicious carrot cake with this carrot cake baking mix from Bake Delicious.

Preparation method Carrot Cake For 1 Large Carrot Cake
500 grams Bake Delicious Carrot Cake mix
225 grams Soft butter
250 grams Egg (about 5 pieces)
200 grams Grated Carrot / Carrot
70 grams (broken) walnut
70 grams Raisins

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Place the Bake Delicious Carrot Cakemix, softened butter and eggs in a bowl. Set the mixer to speed 1 and mix all ingredients. Then set the mixer to the highest setting and beat it for 5 minutes until smooth. Fold the carrot, raisins and walnuts into the batter. Fill the lightly greased baking pan to 4/5 with the batter. Bake the Carrot Cake in the oven at 170 degrees for 75 to 90 minutes. (convection oven 160 degrees) Check with a skewer if the cake is dry.
Remove the carrot cake from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
