Birkmann Dough Rising Basket with Cover 30x14x6.5cm

Birkmann Proofing basket to let your bread rise. Gives your bread support during rising and also provides a nice rustic appearance to your bread. Sprinkle with (rye) flour before use. You can use the proofing basket with or without a cover. Made from natural reed. Do not wash the basket, but brush the basket clean with a dustpan or brush.
For loaves up to 1kg. Includes cotton cover, washable at 40 degrees.
