This MYestro food processor from Graef is perfect for kneading dough, mixing batter and beating whipped cream and egg whites. What is special about this machine is the powerful professional 800 watt DC* motor. This allows you to easily knead firm yeast doughs such as bread and pizza dough, even in larger quantities. The machine is whisper quiet and stands stable on the worktop even under heavier loads. In addition, the well-thought-out design ensures that the dough does not crawl up the dough hook during kneading, but remains at the bottom of the bowl.
The energy-efficient machine has a high-quality metal housing with a 'touch' display and the motor can easily be operated with one hand. Three fully automatic programs can be set for stirring, kneading and beating and the speed can be adjusted to ten settings. The seven-litre stainless steel mixing bowl has a removable splash lid and an extra-large refill opening - useful for adding ingredients without splashing.
