Bake Delicious Bavaroise Peach Maracuja with fruit pieces 100g

Make a delicious Bavarois with this Peach Maracuja bavaroise from Bake Delicious.

Ingredients:
Sugar, gelatin, orange juice, corn starch, flavouring, E330 (citric acid), potato starch
(modified), E160b (annatto).

Preparation method:
50 grams Bake Delicious Bavaroise powder
62 grams of water
250 grams of unsweetened whipped cream

Mix the powder and water (20 gr. C) and let it stand for 10 minutes. Half whip the cream and fold in the powder/water mixture. The Bavarian cream is ready for use.
