Preparation:
Knead well until it is soft, smooth, pliable and crack free. Create any colour by adding food colouring. The gum paste is ready-to-use.
Storage:
Unused gum paste must be resealed quickly and used product should be stored separately. Both should be wrapped airtight and stored away from direct light at room temperature.
