Description

Delicious chocolate bavaroise mix from Bake Delicious with extra pieces of chocolate!

Ingredients:
Sugar, COCOA powder, cocoa mass, gelatin, egg yolk (dried), flavor (vanillin)

Preparation method:
  • 50 grams Bake Delicious Bavaroise powder
  • 62 grams of water
  • 250 grams of unsweetened whipped cream
Mix the powder and the water (20 gr. C) and let it stand for 10 minutes. Whip the whipping cream halfway and fold in the powder/water mixture. The Bavarian cream is ready for use.
