Make a super tasty (and fast!) Buttercream with this Bake Delicious Buttercream Mix 400g. No waiting time needed! With 200g you can fill and cover 2 cakes of 20cm or pipe a swirl on about 24 cupcakes.
Ingredients for filling and greasing 2 20cm cakes or toppings on 24 cupcakes:
200 grams Bake Delicious buttercream mix
250 grams soft butter
325 grams of water or milk.
Preparation method:
Put the butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer with a whisk for 4 minutes until a light, creamy mass. In a separate bowl, mix the Bake Delicious buttercream mix with the water, then add to the whipped butter. Beat the whole in 10 minutes on the highest speed to a light cream.
Tip:
Use less butter? Then take the following recipe: 275 grams of Bake Delicious buttercream mix, 250 grams of butter and 450 grams of water or milk. Prepare the buttercream as above.
Bake Delicious buttercream can be varied endlessly by adding the desired colors and flavors in the last minute of whipping.
