Bake Delicious Speculaas Cake Mix 500g

Bake a moist and spiced speculaas cake with this artisan mix from Bake Delicious. Ideal for cozy autumn and winter days!

Ingredients (for 1 large cake):

• 500 g Bake Delicious Speculaas Cake Mix
• 250 g soft butter
• 250 g eggs (approx. 5)
• 10 g water

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 140 °C (fan: 135 °C).
2. Beat butter for 2 minutes until fluffy.
3. Add cake mix, then eggs.
4. Mix on low speed, then 5 minutes on high until smooth.
5. Fill a greased cake tin 2/3 full.
6. Bake for 50–65 minutes. Check with a skewer.
7. Cool for 10 minutes, turn out onto a rack, cover with a tea towel.
