Bake Delicious Lemon Cake 400g

Make a delicious fresh lemon cake with this Bake Delicious Mix for Lemon Cake!

Preparation method Lemon Cake For 1 Large Cake
400 grams Bake Delicious Lemon
200 grams of soft butter
200 grams of egg (about 4 pieces)

Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
Put the soft butter in a bowl and mix with the butterfly in 2 minutes until you get a light and creamy mass. First add the Bake Delicious Lemon cake mix and then the eggs. Set the mixer to speed 1 and mix all ingredients. Then set the mixer to the highest setting and beat it for 5 minutes until smooth.
Fill a lightly greased cake tin 2/3 full with the batter.
Bake the cake in the oven at 140 degrees for 50-65 minutes. (convection oven 135 degrees)
Check with a skewer if the cake is dry, or use a special baking thermometer.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Invert the cake onto a wire rack and remove the cake tin. Let the cake cool under a tea towel.
