Birkmann Dough Rising Basket with Cover Ø 20cm

Birkmann Proofing basket to proof your bread, including cover. Can be used with or without a cover. Gives your bread support during rising and also provides a nice rustic appearance to your bread. Sprinkle with (rye) flour before use. The Rice Basket is made of natural reed. Do not wash the basket, but brush the basket clean with a dustpan or brush. Includes cotton cover, washable at 40 degrees. For loaves up to 1kg.
