BrandNewCake Glutenvrij Vanille Cake Mix 400g

With the BrandNewCake Vanilla Cake Mix 400g. Gluten-free you can make a delicious vanilla cake that is gluten-free. Of course you can still fill or top the cake with a filling or topping of your choice. This gluten-free vanilla cake tastes very good with a cup of coffee or tea, but you can also just enjoy it as a snack.

Recipe for 1 Vanilla Cake of Ø18-20cm

Supplies:
-400g BrandNewCake Vanilla Cake Mix
-120g soft butter*
-200g eggs (approx. 3-4 pieces)
Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approximately Ø18-20 cm.
*Do you want a lactose-free recipe? Then add 120g seed oil instead of butter.

Preparation method:
1.       Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C) and grease the baking tin.
2.       Put the mix into a bowl and add the softened butter and eggs.
3.       Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
4.       Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
5.       Bake for 50 minutes.
