This Soezie Spice Cake Mix contains a delicious blend of fragrant Dutch spice‑cake herbs and caramel. It creates a soft, moist cake with a rich, warm aroma. Simply add eggs, water and butter. The mix is packed in airtight, dust‑free foil for optimal protection and shelf life.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, raising agent (sodium carbonates), 1.2% spices, naturally caramelised sugar, salt, flavouring, wheat malt flour, flour improvers (ascorbic acid, enzymes).
Preparation by hand: Soften the butter, mix in the eggs, then add the cake mix. Beat for 5 minutes until smooth. Grease the baking tin and fill with the batter. Bake for 55 minutes at 170 °C in a preheated oven.
