How to use
Lightly grease the pan before each use with vegetable oil, butter or baking spray. For the first use, apply a slightly thicker layer of grease.
After baking, wipe the pan clean with a dry cloth or kitchen paper. Preferably clean the pan only by wiping; if heavily soiled, wash by hand with mild soap. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
These pans are manufactured for professional use and are stamped and pressed from alusteel sheets. Light scratches may occur — this does not affect baking performance.
