Ingredients:
Sugar, Dextrose, lemon juice, corn starch, gelatin, lemon juice (dried), starch (modified), flavoring (lemon), E412 (guar gum), E410 (locust bean gum).
Preparation method:
- 50 grams of Bake Delicious Bavaroise powder
- 62 grams of water
- 250 grams unsweetened whipped cream
- Mix the powder and water (20 degrees C) and let it stand for 10 minutes. Half-whip the whipped cream and fold in the powder/water mixture. The Bavaroise is ready to use
