No waiting required! With 200g you can fill and spread 2 cakes of 20cm or pipe a swirl on approximately 24 cupcakes.
Requirements for filling and covering 2 cakes of 20cm or to top 24 cupcakes:
200 grams of Bake Delicious buttercream mix
250 grams of soft butter
325 grams of water or milk.
Preparation method:
Place the butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer fitted with a whisk for 4 minutes until it becomes a light, smooth mass. In a separate bowl, mix the Bake Delicious buttercream mix with the water and then add to the whipped butter. Beat the mixture on high speed for 10 minutes until it becomes a light cream.
Tip:
Use less butter? Then take the following recipe: 275 grams of Bake Delicious butter cream mix, 250 grams of butter and 450 grams of water or milk. Prepare the buttercream as above.
Bake Delicious buttercream can be varied endlessly by adding the desired coloring and flavorings in the last minute of whipping.
