Using the Gingerbread Speculaas Board
- Grease the board with kitchen oil.
- Let the plank dry for 2 hours and then grease it again.
- Lightly dust the board with some flour.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator after at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
- Let the dough come to room temperature.
- Then press the dough well into the gingerbread board and cut the remains away from the board.
- Turn the board over and tap so that the cookie cutters fall onto a baking sheet.
- If necessary, dust the board again with some flour and fill it again.
