Would you like to return your order by post or bring it back to our store? Both options are possible. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period starts the day after you receive your order. Within these 14 days, you can inform us that you wish to return a product. You can do this via the return form below or through your account.
Exceptions to the right of return
Products made especially for you, such as edible image sheets (you provide your own file).
Products with a short shelf life, for example when the best‑before date is clearly indicated as approaching.
Please handle the product and its packaging with care. Items should be returned complete and — if reasonably possible — in their original condition and packaging. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, Kaatjes Bakwinkel may charge a depreciation fee.
We appreciate it if you include a copy of the packing slip and indicate the reason for your return.
Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days. We may wait to refund you until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof of shipment. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
For a full return of your order, the entire order amount including shipping costs will be refunded. For partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.
Returning products is at your own expense and risk. If the return shipment is insufficiently stamped, the additional costs will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our general terms and conditions for all details.
