The Food Colour Gel is bake-stable up to 200°C, making it suitable for colouring batters that are baked in the oven.
Preparation:
Add the desired amount of colouring to fondant, marzipan, cream, batter or another suitable product. Knead or stir until the colour is evenly distributed. Add more gel if needed until the desired shade is achieved.
