The Sunset Orange marzipan from FunCakes is a delicious marzipan that easy to process. The orange marzipan is very flexible and smooth, what makes is great to roll out. The texture is fine and firm after rolling out. It is also possible to lighten the marzipan, mix it with some pale marzipan.

- Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
