FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie 500 g

A classical baking recipe that we never get tired of: Brownies! These delicious chocolate buddies go well with everything and thanks to this FunCakes baking mix they are made in a matter of minutes. Add butter, eggs and water and enjoy the rich chocolate flavour shortly after. Craving that extra bite? Add chopped nuts, raisins or the FunCakes Chocolate Chunks or Drops. Or go for a chocolate glaze on top!

Preparation:
All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Put the mixture, eggs, butter and water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins and/or bake stable chocolate) if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven. After cooling you can apply a chocolate glaze. This mix can also be used to bake chocolate muffins.

Ingredients:
sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil and fat (palm, turnip), cocoa powder (skimmed, 7%), modified starch, glucose syrup (dried), potato starch, salt, raising agent: E450, E500, milk protein, flavouring. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg, soy and lupin.
