User instruction:
Suitable for decoration of chocolate, creams, fondant, gum paste, modelling paste and marzipan. Shake well before use. Spray a homogeneous layer on the surface from a 20 cm distance. The recommended setting-time before consumption is 4 hours. After use, turn the spray can upside down and spray for a few seconds in order to clean.
The colour of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials.
Ingredients:
ethanol, colour: E172, propellant gas: E943a, E943b, E944. May contain traces of: milk, sulphite and soy.

amount which is needed. For professional use only.
