Bake classic Linzer cookies with a festive Christmas twist using the PME Christmas Linzer Cookie Cutters – Set/6. These gold-coloured metal cutters create beautiful sandwich cookies with jam peeking through a star, heart, gingerbread man, Christmas tree or circle.
Cut a solid cookie for the base and use one of the festive cut-out designs for the top. Once baked, sandwich them together with raspberry, strawberry or another favourite jam. Finish with a dusting of icing sugar for that classic Linzer look.
The cutters measure approximately 4.5 cm in diameter and can also be used with other cookie doughs, sugarpaste and marzipan.
