The specially formulated Renshaw fondant extra is now available in a white marshmallow version. This fondant is extra firm, extra elastic and has a delicious marshmallow flavour. This makes it great for hotter and more humid climates! Please note, this fondant has a firmer texture than standard Renshaw fondant.
The marshmallow flavoured fondant from the UK is highly elastic, but firm and doesn’t stick. Due to its smooth finish it ideal for covering cakes, but can also be used for make beautiful decorations.
You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.

sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant: E422, emulsifier: E471, stabiliser: E413, E466, flavouring, preservative: E202. May contain traces of: soy, milk. This product is: Kosher certified, Halal certified, suited for vegetarians, suited for vegans.
