Wholemeal spelled flour 1kg from the Zuidmolen. A spelled millstone milled without additives. Less suitable for bread machines. For a fine and firm whole wheat spelled bread.
For a spelled bread in the bread machine, it is better to replace half of the flour with spelled flour.
