Bake a rich, spiced and moist carrot cake with the Bake Delicious Carrot Cake Mix. Simply add butter, eggs, grated carrot, walnuts and raisins for a classic carrot cake that always turns out perfectly. Ideal for one large cake or multiple cupcakes.
Preparation (for 1 large carrot cake)
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Mix the cake mix, butter and eggs on low speed, then beat for 5 minutes on high speed until smooth. Fold in the carrot, walnuts and raisins. Fill a greased baking tin to 4/5 full and bake for 75–90 minutes (fan oven 160°C). Allow to cool on a rack.
