Let your dough rise perfectly with this Birkmann Dough Rising Basket Square with Cover – 25 × 25 × 9 cm. The basket supports the dough during proofing and creates a beautiful rustic pattern on your bread.
Made from natural rattan and supplied with a cotton liner, which can be used with or without the basket. The liner is washable at 40°C.
Dust the basket with flour before use. Do not wash the rattan; simply brush it clean.
Suitable for breads up to 2.5 kg.
