Preparation:
preheat the oven to 160°C (fan 155°C). Soften 250 g butter, add 500 g Apple Cinnamon cake mix and 5 eggs, then mix for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased tin (30 cm loaf tin or 22 cm round tin). Optionally add fresh apple pieces. Bake for approx. 55 minutes and cool on a rack.
