De Bakzolder Forest Fruit Bavarois – 100 g

This mix combines a light, airy texture with the full flavour of real forest fruits, thanks to berry powder, elderberry, cranberry and raspberry pieces. The bavarois sets beautifully in the refrigerator, creating a smooth, stable filling or dessert.

Simply mix the powder with lukewarm water, fold it into whipped cream and allow it to set. The result is a velvety, fruity bavarois that works perfectly in layer cakes, glass desserts or as a refreshing standalone treat. Store the mix in a cool, dry place to maintain optimal quality.

Ingredients:
sugar, glucose, gelatine, forest fruit powder (10% fruit), citric acid, natural flavouring, elderberries (11.4%), cranberry pieces (7.1%), raspberry pieces (5.1%), colouring fruit and plant extract (hibiscus, beetroot, carrot), salt.

Preparation:

• whip 500 ml unsweetened cream to soft peaks.
• Mix 100 g powder with 100 ml lukewarm water.
• Fold into the cream and let set in the refrigerator.
