Soezie Original Ancient Grains Bread Mix 2.5 kg is a nutrient‑rich flour blend made with wheat flour and 16% ancient grains, including buckwheat flour, buckwheat flakes, quinoa flour, millet and amaranth flakes. This creates a loaf with a deep grain flavour, firm texture and a naturally aromatic, wholesome character.

The mix contains no yeast and no salt, giving bakers full freedom to customise their recipe. One 2.5 kg bag yields five full loaves. Suitable for both bread machines and oven baking.
