Soezie Original Organic Multigrain Bread Mix 2.5 kg is a light brown organic multigrain blend made with 81% partially whole wheat flour, enriched with rye flour, barley flakes, linseed, corn flakes and millet. It produces a nutritious, fibre‑rich loaf with a full grain flavour and a wholesome texture.

One 2.5 kg bag yields five full loaves. The mix contains no yeast and no salt, giving bakers full control over their recipe. Suitable for both bread machines and oven baking.
