Soezie Original Seeded Bread Mix 2.5 kg is a hearty brown bread blend made with wheat flour, wholemeal wheat flour and a generous mix of pumpkin seeds (5%), sunflower seeds (3%) and linseed (2%). It produces a nutty, wholesome loaf with a firm bite and a naturally rich grain flavour.

One 2.5 kg bag yields five full loaves. The mix contains no yeast and no salt, giving bakers full control over their recipe. Suitable for both bread machines and oven baking.
