Sugarflair Pastel Mixer White is designed for high‑fat recipes where standard water‑based colours don’t blend well. The oil‑based formula mixes smoothly into buttercream, ganache, Swiss meringue, chocolate and cake batter, giving you soft pastel tones or stronger shades as you build up the colour.

The colour develops over time, ensuring a smooth, even and vibrant finish.
