Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan 150°C).

2. Soften 250 grams of butter.

3. Add 500 grams of Banana Cake Mix and 5 eggs.

4. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed until smooth.

5. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin (approx. 30 cm or a round tin Ø 22 cm).

6. Bake for about 55 minutes. Check with a skewer.
