With the De Bakzolder Chocolate Cookie Mix you can quickly and easily bake delicious chocolate cookies. The mix creates cookies with a rich cocoa flavour, a crisp edge and a soft centre — perfect with coffee, as a snack or to share with friends and family.
The dough is simple to prepare: knead the mix with butter and water until a smooth dough forms. Shape it into a roll of about 5 cm in diameter and slice it into discs of roughly 1.5 cm. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes, until beautifully golden brown. For extra crunch or flavour, you can add nuts or chocolate drops.

Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, rapeseed oil, low‑fat cocoa powder (8%), egg powder, milk, whey powder, dextrose, raising agent (E500), salt, flavouring. May contain traces of soy.
