For the best result, use all ingredients at room temperature. Mix the Oat Cookie Mix, butter and egg with dough hooks until a smooth dough forms. Shape the dough into a roll of about 5 cm in diameter, wrap it in foil and let it firm up in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Slice the dough into discs of roughly 1.5 cm and place them on the tray. Bake the cookies for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Allow them to cool completely before storing them in an airtight tin.

Sugar, wheat flour, oat flakes (20%), vegetable oil, rapeseed oil, cane sugar, egg powder, milk, whey powder (milk), dextrose, spices, raising agent (E500), salt, flavouring. May contain traces of soy.
