Preparation:
preheat the oven to 160°C (fan 150°C). Combine 135 g low‑fat quark or yoghurt, 3 eggs (150 g) and some lemon zest with the mix. Beat for 4 minutes, pour into a greased tin and bake for approx. 55 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy a soft, refreshing quark cake.
