De Bakzolder White Chocolate Bavarois Mix 100 g

Easily prepare a deliciously creamy and light bavarois with De Bakzolder White Chocolate Bavarois Mix 100 g. Its smooth white chocolate flavour makes it delicious as a dessert and perfect as a creamy filling for cakes and pastries.

Simply combine the bavarois mix with water and gently fold it into whipped cream. Leave to set in the refrigerator for a soft and airy bavarois with a rich white chocolate flavour.

Preparation:

1. Whip 250 ml unsweetened whipping cream to soft peaks.
2. Mix 75 g White Chocolate Bavarois Mix with 75 ml water until smooth.
3. Gently fold the mixture into the whipped cream.
4. Leave the bavarois to set in the refrigerator.

Tip: for an even richer flavour, add one tablespoon of melted white chocolate before folding the mixture into the whipped cream.
