Ingredients:
sugar, dextrose, yoghurt powder (milk), modified starch (E1414), gelatine, quark powder (milk), flavouring, cherries, starch, colour (E162), acid (E330), salt.

Preparation:

• whip 500 ml unsweetened cream to soft peaks.
• Mix 100 g powder with 100 ml lukewarm water.
• Fold into the cream and let set in the refrigerator.
