This set is particularly fun for making Halloween shaker cookies. Make two cookies with a cut-out centre and one solid round cookie. Fill the opening of one cookie with isomalt or small pieces of hard candy before baking to create an edible transparent window.
Once cooled, use royal icing to attach one open cookie to the solid base. Fill the centre with colourful Halloween sprinkles, then place the cookie with the transparent window on top. Allow it to set completely and give it a shake – the sprinkles move behind the edible window!
