Bring the warm, spiced flavours of the season to your bakes with FunCakes Pumpkin Spice Flavour Paste 100 g. This flavouring paste has the characteristic pumpkin spice flavour and is delicious in autumn cakes, cupcakes, creams and desserts.
Use the Pumpkin Spice flavour paste in buttercream, Enchanted Cream®, bavarois, ice cream, chocolate ganache and other fillings and desserts. As the paste is bake stable, it can also be added directly to sponge cake or cupcake batter.
For creams and desserts, add the paste gradually and taste until you reach the desired flavour. When adding it to batter, follow the recommended dosage. When baking above 200°C, slightly more flavour paste can be used as some flavour may be lost at high temperatures.
Perfect for autumn and fall baking, pumpkin spice cupcakes and cakes, and of course Halloween treats.
