FunCakes Food Colour Gel Purple 30g

Give fondant, marzipan, icing, creams, batters, chocolate and decorations a vibrant purple colour with FunCakes Food Colour Gel Purple. This highly concentrated gel colouring produces an intense colour with only a small amount, making it very economical to use.

The practical tube allows for precise dosing and helps keep the flip cap clean. Add the colouring little by little and mix thoroughly until the desired purple shade is reached.

The Food Colour Gel is bake-stable up to 200°C, making it suitable for colouring batter before baking.

Directions:
Add the desired amount of colouring to fondant, marzipan, cream, batter or another suitable product. Knead or stir until the colour is evenly distributed. Add more gel if necessary until the desired shade is achieved.
