The rosebuds are dried to preserve their shape and colour. They are unsprayed and free from additives. Use them to decorate cupcakes, small pastries and desserts or add an elegant floral finish to a naked cake with a thin layer of buttercream. Combine different colours for a varied floral effect.
The rosebuds are also beautiful scattered across a dessert table or sharing board with a selection of sweet treats.
Please note: remove the green stem at the bottom of each rosebud before use, as it has a bitter taste.
