The sticks retain their shape well during baking while the chocolate becomes deliciously soft. They are ideal for use with croissant dough, puff pastry and other enriched doughs.
Simply place the chocolate sticks inside the dough, roll and bake to create homemade chocolate pastries with that characteristic chocolate centre. The chocolate contains a minimum of 40% cocoa and is ready to use.
