The Soezie All‑In Brioche Bread Mix 500 g allows you to bake a soft, fluffy and lightly sweet brioche loaf with ease. This complete mix requires only the addition of water and is also perfect for raisin bread, chocolate bread and sugar bread. Suitable for both oven baking and bread machines.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, butterfat, glucose syrup, sugar, egg powder, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, wheat malt flour, salt, dry yeast, enzymes, ascorbic acid.

Bread machine preparation:
Measure mix and water, place in the pan, select a 2–4 hour program and press Start. Cool on a rack after baking.

Hand preparation:
Knead 20 min by hand or 10 min with a stand mixer. Let rise 40 min, shape, let rise again until doubled, then bake 25–30 min at 200°C.
