Soezie Liège Waffle Mix 660 g is a rich, aromatic mix for traditional Liège sugar waffles. Made with pearl sugar, wheat flour, yeast and vegetable fat powder for a dense, caramelising dough that develops its flavour when baked warm in a waffle iron. Only water needs to be added; fold in the pearl sugar before shaping.
Preparation:
Mix + water • knead 5 min • shape 30 cm roll • divide into 16 balls • rise 40 min • preheat and grease waffle iron • bake until golden.
