Soezie Oliebollen Mix 1 kg is the classic Dutch blend for making traditional oliebollen, the iconic New Year’s fritters. Made with wheat flour, sugar, milk powder and balanced leavening agents for a light, airy batter. Also suitable for apple fritters and savoury variations. Only eggs and water need to be added.
Preparation:
Combine mix • add eggs and water • mix 5 min • rise 45–60 min • fry at 170 °C • drain • dust with icing sugar.
