Soezie Original Rye Bread Mix 2.5 kg is a dark, robust flour blend made with 48% wholemeal rye flour, complemented by wheat flour for better dough elasticity and improved rise. It produces a flavourful, aromatic rye loaf with a hearty grain profile and a compact yet pleasantly airy crumb.

One 2.5 kg bag yields five full loaves. The mix contains no yeast and no salt, giving bakers full control over their recipe. Suitable for both bread machines and oven baking.
