Soezie Original Wholemeal Spelt Bread Mix 2.5 kg is a wholemeal spelt flour blend made with 95% finely milled whole spelt flour, enriched with wheat gluten for stronger dough and improved rise. It produces a hearty, nutritious spelt loaf with the characteristic full grain flavour of spelt.

One 2.5 kg bag yields five full loaves. The mix contains no yeast and no salt, giving bakers full control over their recipe. Suitable for both bread machines and oven baking.
